WARNING: THIS POST, MY INSTAGRAM AND LIFE is going to be all about GOD, what it means to be born again and to follow Jesus ( if you haven’t already figured out, it’s not about me, it’s all about JESUS).

As I was reading the scriptures over and over again especially Mark chapter 16, I could not help but ask myself, if these signs should follow those that believe, why are they not following my life? I had once believed when I first came to faith 10 years that he is willing and wants to heal but along the way, allowed disappointment and human reasoning and bad theology steal away my faith.

This year 2020 I prayed 3 things, that I would cast out demons, heal the sick and preach the gospel boldly like one that believes and kept asking God HOW, because honestly I felt scared and like I had zero faith for it.

Last month when my friend said he had a back injury I excitedly asked if I could pray for him and even asked another friend to video the whole prayer because I was so sure that I was going to see his leg grow out as I had seen it happen before so many years ago and I know it was such a gift of faith from the Holy Spirit in that moment because now that I think back on it, I don’t know how it happened!

In the past after praying one time, in one sentence, if I did not see something happen immediately I would get disappointed but I kept praying and waiting, and after 6 minutes I was so amazed his leg grew out!

Guys…. GOD IS REAL. JESUS STILL HEALS TODAY. PRAY, PRAY, PRAY!

If you are a Christian, grew up in church all your life, do these signs of one that believes follow your life? Are you baptised in water and the holy spirit?

If YES, my friends if you have the HOLY SPIRIT living in you, you have EVERYTHING that JESUS came to give and you can pray for the sick and they will be healed, you can cast out demons, you can preach the gospel.

Don’t wait for covid to be over so that we can go to church only on Sunday once a week anymore, WE are the church. BE the church.

Saying this as a reminder to myself as well as I have recently seen God do so much and seen so much fruit when people come to understand the word and meet with God and get free through baptism and get filled with the Holy Spirit.

I recently allowed my social media accounts to “die” and no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me, so it’s all about Jesus.

“Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.” – Galatians 1:10
